As a lifelong resident of Parma and your local State Farm Agent, I’m proud to protect our area. I love this community and I’ve found it a great place to raise my daughter, Logan. She’s now in college, leaving me with plenty of free time to garden, craft, and just relax! I really enjoy macramé and it tends to be my go-to gift for my friends and family. I’m very lucky to be able to work and live in such a great community. My favorite part about this area is Cleveland’s music and art scene; I’ve met so many incredible artists over the years.

I attended Cleveland State University where I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and I jumped right into the business world. I started with State Farm in 2012 when I worked as a team member in another State Farm agent’s office in Berea, OH and also in Lakewood, OH. My experience working in an office prior to my own really taught me how to provide great coverage to our customers, ranging from auto insurance, homeowner’s insurance, renter’s insurance, life insurance, business insurance and financial services. When the opportunity to open my own agency presented itself, I was so excited to apply my experience and get started! We opened our doors here in Middleburg Heights in February 2016 and it’s been nothing short of an incredible journey. My team and I pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and strive to help people personalize insurance plans that properly protect their treasured assets as well as ensure they are taking advantage of all the discounts available to them.

I was born in Ravenna, Ohio and currently reside in Medina, Ohio. I really like that Medina has a small-town feel with a Historic Square with lots of shops and restaurants and activities. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and my two cats, Ruby and Reed. I have lots of indoor plants and in the summer I container garden on my patio and plant some special roses. During the winter months, I like to make ornaments as gifts for Christmas. I started working for State Farm in 1990 and have been with Lauren Banaszak State Farm since 2016. As our Office Manager, I’m responsible for making sure we are going out of our way to provide new and current customers with a great insurance experience. I’m able to help with any insurance related questions or changes and add-ons including but not limited to those involving auto insurance and renters insurance policies. Getting the opportunity to connect and communicate with our customers on a daily basis is what makes my job so rewarding!
